We collect information submitted through contact forms, project requirement forms, appointments, orders and the AI project assistant. This may include identity, contact details, business information, project requirements, files and conversation history.
Purpose
Information is used to evaluate projects, provide services, operate the website, secure accounts, process orders, arrange appointments and improve the service. AI-generated summaries support human review and do not replace final commercial approval.
Storage and access
Private conversations and customer files are restricted to authorised administrators. Retention settings, provider credentials and knowledge sources are controlled through the admin panel.
